Our job opportunity


Today, we are currently recruiting an Operations Agent - Business Aviation Center.


Your responsibilities


*Your daily tasks

  • Providing operational, commercial and administrative support for the Business Aviation Centre, as well as providing additional daily assistance for the protocol activities of the VIP Lounge

  • Receiving and handling all customer and crew requests at the Business Aviation Centre

  • Coordinating and following up operators' requests for assistance (using internal management tools)

  • Ensuring and monitoring the planning and follow-up of flight operations (radio frequency, weather, Notam, flight planning, various services)

  • Ensuring that arrivals and departures run smoothly and are processed correctly (communication to partner service providers, authorities, airport security, customs, police, etc.)

  • Ensuring customer loyalty and being a driving force in the continuous improvement of the services offered

  • Carrying out customer invoicing and payment operations

  • At the same time, on a daily basis as well as during exceptional events, welcoming passengers to the VIP Lounge and providing related services in accordance with the specific specifications of a demanding clientele

  • Developing, maintaining and guaranteeing the communication of information to ensure the smooth running of operations

  • Carrying out the administrative tasks inherent in the role of Operations Officer


*Your other missions

  • Participating in inclusion initiatives (e.g. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower project, for people with invisible disabilities).

  • Participating in the integration of new employees 

  • Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile

 

Studies / training

Higher education diploma (Bac +2) or equivalent experience

Experience

Proven first professional experience in an airport environment and/or in any job involving top-of-the-range services for a demanding clientele

Skills and knowledge required


*IT Tools

Mandatory :

Microsoft Office Suite.


*Languages

Mandatory:

  • French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)

  • English: operational level in the business - advanced level (B2 minimum)

Nice-to-have:

Given the international context of our customer base, knowledge of any other language is an asset.


*Know-how and interpersonal skills specific to the job

  • Strong customer focus

  • Organisational skills and good management of priorities

  • Proactive, common sense and solution-oriented

  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability

  • Experienced profile and inclined to work as part of a team

  • Absolute respect for the rules of confidentiality affecting the activities of the Business Aviation Center
