Unicareers Luxembourg, the recruitment fair of the University of Luxembourg
Presentation
The Unicareers fair allows you to meet the main Luxembourg companies in one day, and find your next job, internship, work-study contract or even R&D collaboration.
This fair is open to all students and young professionals with less than 5 years of professional experience, regardless of your university, country, or course of studies. It's a perfect opportunity to learn more about the professions offered in Luxembourg, and companies that are now hiring!
By participating in this fair you will have the opportunity to discuss face-to-face with key players of the labour market of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. In addition, you will have the opportunity to attend free conferences covering a wide variety of topics.
In order to ease your trip to the event, free buses will shuttle from several cities in France, Belgium and Germany! 🚌
To ensure the smooth running of the day, a pre-selection will be made and registration is mandatory. Once you are registered, our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
If your participation is confirmed, you will receive an email containing a form to register for the shuttles provided. An additional confirmation will be sent to you if you are allocated a place on a bus.

Unicareers, the official event of the University of Luxembourg, is the Grand Duchy's largest job fair for Interns & Young professionals.
By participating in this fair, you will have the opportunity to discuss with key players of the labour market of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Unicareers is dedicated to students looking for an internship, a first job, PhD & Postdoc candidates looking for an R&D collaboration, as well as experienced profiles with up to five years of professional experience.
You will also have the opportunity to attend free conferences covering a wide variety of topics.
Important: To ensure a smooth running of the day, a preselection will be made and registration is mandatory.
The Unicareers fair will take place on Friday, 26 September 2025 in the large halls of Luxexpo The Box in Luxembourg. 😊

The fair will be open continuously from 9:30am to 5:00pm.
Important: To ensure a smooth running of the day, a preselection will be made and registration is mandatory.
To register for the Unicareers recruitment fair, you will need to go directly to the event website in the registration section, before Thursday, 25 September at 6:00pm.
You will then receive an email confirming your registration.
Please note: the registration confirmation email is not an invitation to the event.
Once you have registered, our team will consider your request for participation to make sure that your profile matches the different criteria of this recruitment fair.
Reminder: the Unicareers recruitment fair is dedicated to students looking for an internship or a job as well as to young professionals with up to five years of professional experience after their graduation – from HND or equivalent to master’s degree.

Buses departing from Paris, Lille, Lyon, Strasbourg, Brussels, Liège, Louvain-la-Neuve, Cologne, Koblenz, Saarbrücken will be provided free of charge by Moovijob.com.
In case of high demand, other cities may be proposed before Unicareers. Please indicate your desired city of departure when filling in the registration form.
If your profile is selected, you will receive a link within 48 hours allowing you to confirm your seat on a bus (check your mailbox and your spams regularly!). A final confirmation will then be sent to you to confirm, your place on a bus.
If you do not manage to get a seat on one of our buses, you should know that there are many alternative solutions to get to Luxembourg such as carpooling or train.

During the event
If you want to meet as many companies as possible, we advise you to arrive at the opening of the fair at 9:30am in order to be among the first to enter the doors. This will give you time to meet all the companies that interest you.
If you only want to meet a few companies, avoid the early morning rush at 9:30am and come around 11am or 2pm instead.

A cloakroom will be available if you wish to leave your belongings there.
This will be free of charge.
During this day, a snack bar (these services are not free) will be available in the lounge area.
If the options at the bar don't suit you, you can easily go to the Kirchberg Shopping Center Luxembourg, less than 3 minutes away by foot, where you will have access to a wide range of food and drink outlets.
You can use the Wifi of Luxexpo The Box (on request only).
You will be able to print your CV on-site (fee-based service), however we recommend you bring a sufficiant amount with you (at least 20).
After the event
The key is to contact before you get contacted!
First of all, don't hesitate to collect as many business cards as possible during your visit, so that you can send a personalised email to each recruiter you have spoken to.
We advise you to wait one or two days before contacting a recruiter again. If you do not receive a reply, do not hesitate to send an email within a few weeks to show your motivation.
A recruiter may sometimes ask you to register on the company’s career site at the end of an interview to ease the recruitment and selection process via their personal IT tool.
Many HR departments have their own information processing systems that allow them to manage the candidates according to their own criteria!
Judging by the number of candidates who are recruited thanks to recruitment events, the effort is worth it.

- Anyone who does not meet these criteria will not be able to access the fair.
